Why You As a College Student Should Shop Local

I met with some of the local business owners in Lynchburg including store manager of the Mission Thrift of Bedford Avenue, Rachel Gillespie; owner of Spearman Artisanry, Janet Spearman; and store manager of Threaded Collective, Victoria Cropper. They were each able to give insights as to why they felt it was so important for college students to support local small businesses.
